All designs and products including, but not limited to, listing descriptions, photography, design layout, etc is considered intellectual property of Emory Lane and may NOT be duplicated in any way. Duplication of intellectual property is illegal and all infringements are subject to fines and penalties.

Emory Lane owns the rights to all derivative works of our original artwork found on our website and all social media accounts.

Any such infringements will be documented and forwarded to our attorney who will then proceed legal action, if needed.
