SHIPPING + DELIVERY INFO
To allow us the ability to offer a large range of garment styles with our designs, Emory Lane is classified as a print to order shop.
With that said, due to the made-to-order nature of all items in our shop, our turnaround is approximately 1-3 weeks, unless otherwise indicated. Although, we work diligently to get orders fulfilled as quickly as possible.
Please note that pre-order items can take up to 4 weeks for processing, most listings will have approximate shipping dates available. However if you are unsure, please email us prior to placing your order.
"Awaiting Fulfillment," means that your order/payment has been receive and is currently being processed. All items are made to order (please note turnaround listed above). Once your order has been fulfilled, your order status will change to "Shipped," and all tracking information will be submitted via email.
If an email wasn't supplied at checkout, all communications will default to the SMS provided on the order.
If your order contains multiple items, you may receive multiple shipments - however, each shipment will have a separate email notification/tracking number.
If your order contains a standard item and a pre-order item, the order will ship when both items are complete and ready for shipment. We will not issue partial shipments.
Most orders are fulfilled in house and shipped from Nashville, TN. Although some of our products (i.e, blankets, tumblers, leggings) are printed/fulfilled by one of our USA based fulfillment centers.
Packages are shipped primarily through USPS via First Class Parcel or Priority Mail. Some packages are picked up by UPS/DHL and are then tendered to USPS for final destination delivery. Once you receive your tracking email, please follow it closely. Emory Lane is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.
Delivery dates are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays in transit once the package has left one of our facilities. Insurance is available upon request on all packages and MUST be issued
prior to shipment.
Shipping insurance is available at checkout through ROUTE. This service is optional. Customer has the option to opt-in/out of coverage. Opting out of this service, customer will assume all liability regarding damaged, lost, or stolen goods.
Yes, we do ship worldwide! Please contact us prior to placing your order for a shipping quote. International buyers will be responsible for any additional shipping fees, customs fees, duty or taxes, etc.
Note that once shipped, international orders can take up to 8+ weeks to arrive. We have no control over the speed of delivery.
Everything that we carry is made to order and each piece is made just for you. Please allow 1-3 weeks for your order to process before it is shipped, unless otherwise indicated (i.e. pre-orders).
All orders generally ship well within our indicated turnaround. We do not ship on weekends, US holidays or holidays observed by the US Postal Service, such as President's Day, Martin Luther King Day, etc.
If there are multiple items in your order, please note that some may ship separately.
Standard shipping generally takes an additional 3-5 business days via USPS First Class and 1-2 business days via USPS Priority Mail.
Please note, we cannot control the speed of transit or delivery once the package is no longer in our possession.
The majority of the items that we have available in our shop are unisex in size. Having that said, if you prefer a more relaxed fit, please stick to your typical size. If you prefer a more fitted look, we suggest sizing down.
Some of our items are women based sizing, all information will be provided in their respective listings with size charts readily available.
Please be sure to review all listing descriptions prior to ordering.
To best preserve the integrity of your apparel, we recommend washing inside out with like colors on cold setting using a mild detergent, hang or lay flat to dry. If using a dryer, please ensure that you use the tumble dry on a low setting.
Please avoid products that contain color safe bleach and/or stain lifters. However, it's always best to hand wash when available to preserve the longevity of the print and garment.
Unfortunately, we are not accepting custom order/design requests for our apparel.
We use a variety of different print methods in our shop. Depending on the garment and/or design, the print method may vary from plastisol ink, sublimation or direct to garment.
We never use vinyl on any of our products.
We allow a 1 hour cancellation period. All order cancellations will be subject to a 25% restocking fee. This allows us to recoup merchant processing fees + restocking fees from our suppliers.
The request to cancel your order must be received within 1 hour of when the order has been placed. These requests can be sent to us via email firstname.lastname@example.org with ORDER NUMBER in subject line.
To remain fair to all of our customers, If the 1 hour time frame has lapsed, your order cannot be cancelled. No exceptions.
Once an order is submitted, changes (such as shirt color/size change) cannot be made. Please be sure to review your order thoroughly prior to submitting.
RETURNS + EXCHANGES
We do offer exchange requests for most apparel items in our shop. Customer is responsible for return postage for the exchange(s).
While we do not accept refunds on purchases, we will offer a SHOP CREDIT for eligible exchange items. Shop credits will be in the exact dollar amount for the purchase price. Any discounts and/or promotions used during the original transaction cannot be transferred over to a new purchase.
Return requests may be requested within 3 business days of delivery date shown on the shipment tracking - there will be NO exceptions. We strongly suggest to reference our available size charts before ordering, if you need additional recommendations on sizing - please email us with your questions prior to placing your order.
To qualify for an exchange, all items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition. We will NOT accept items that have been worn, laundered or altered in any way from the original condition from which it left our facility.
If you'd like to exchange an item(s), please contact the Emory Lane team HERE within 72 hours of delivery if you need to exchange an item for a different size. If delivery has passed the 72 hour allotted time frame, we will be unable to grant an exchange request - no exceptions.
Due to the handmade/made-to-order nature of items found in our shop, we currently do NOT accept returns. No exceptions.
All Limited Edition Designs and items marked as Final sale are not eligible for exchange/return. These listings will be marked in the product descriptions and/or title of the item(s).
If an item is defective* or an error is made on our part, we will take immediate corrective action. This may include providing a refund and/or return shipping label for the faulty product(s) or providing a replacement product for the incorrect item that was received. We will require photos of the suspected defect in an email with relative order
*Please note that defective items include: unraveled seams and/or holes that are present upon receipt and PRIOR to being washed or worn. Please check all apparel items prior to washing, as we do not accept returned shirts that have been laundered.
We strongly recommend inspecting your item(s) immediately upon arrival. We are NOT responsible for damaged goods at the hands of the customer - such as using scissors to open your package, and in result, creating a hole/nick on your items.
We do NOT accept returns/exchanges associated with our "GOODS," collection (i.e. home decor, blankets, drinkware, etc). The purchase of these items are considered FINAL sale unless you receive a faulty or damaged product.
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 72 hours after receipt with photos and order number emailed to email@example.com
Colors for t-shirts may appear darker or lighter on your computer screen depending upon your computer settings. Graphic size & colors will vary according to size of shirt, variations may vary slightly from the
pictures. Since each item is handmade, the exact position and placement may vary slightly.
COUPON CODES + PROMOTIONS
Only one discount code per order. Unless otherwise stated, codes are NOT valid on any existing discounted items and/or promotional deals.
All store credit codes are only valid 14 days from date of activation. No exceptions.
Promo/Discount codes cannot be applied to an order after it has been placed, so please make sure to include at checkout prior to submitting your order. If you are unable to add your coupon code, please email firstname.lastname@example.org before placing your order. We will not cancel orders once they have been placed.

Emory Lane owns the rights to all derivative works of our original artwork found on our website and all social media accounts.
Any such infringements will be documented and forwarded to our attorney who will then proceed legal action, if needed.
Emory Lane also reserves the right to purchase commercial licensing from third party designers for production use.
We firmly believe in supporting other talented small shops. We will never attempt to falsify or claim ownership/originality of designs that we did not create organically.
