BLACKOUT EVENT + HOLIDAY SHOP POLICIES
By participating in our annual BLACKOUT event, you agree and acknowledge the following:
TURNAROUND: You understand and acknowledge that Emory Lane is a print to order shop, all items purchased on our website are subject to a 1-3 week turnaround unless otherwise specified in the product description.
Orders will ship when they are complete, we will not ship partial items.
SHIPPING: Shipping insurance is provided through ROUTE insurance, which insures your package if it is lost or damaged in transit. Emory Lane is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages. Should you opt out of the insurance option provided, you assume all liability for the package upon receipt.
Delivery dates are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays in transit once the package has left one of our facilities.
INVENTORY: With Emory Lane being a PTO style shop, we order inventory on an as needed basis. In unforeseen circumstances, if it is determined that one or more garments in your order is unavailable due to a backorder or discontinued item - we will work to resolve the issue within the noted turnaround. If a resolution cannot be found in a timely manner, we reserve the right to cancel the specific item(s) within the order and/or offer a comparable substitution for fulfillment.
EXCHANGES: Due to the heavy order volume, orders placed with discounts 30% - 40% are not eligible for exchange - no exceptions. Orders placed with a 25% code or below, may submit an exchange request to hello@emorylaneco.com with the order number to begin the exchange process listed below:
Customer will be responsible for exchange/return shipping costs.
While we do not accept refunds on purchases, we will offer a SHOP CREDIT for eligible exchange items. Shop credits will be in the exact dollar amount for the purchase price. Any discounts and/or promotions used during the original transaction cannot be transferred over to a new purchase.
Return requests may be requested within 3 business days of delivery date shown on the shipment tracking - there will be NO exceptions. We strongly suggest to reference our available size charts before ordering, if you need additional recommendations on sizing - please email us with your questions prior to placing your order.
To qualify for a return/exchange, all items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition. We will NOT accept items that have been worn, laundered or altered in any way.
DISCOUNT CODES: Discount codes MUST be presented at the time of checkout. We will not prorate and manually add discounts once the orders have been placed, no exceptions. Please be sure to review your order details to ensure any relevant discounts are applied.
ORDER CHANGES/CANCELLATIONS: We will not cancel orders once they are placed. We will also be unable to provide any change to order details once the order has been submitted - please review your selections closely to ensure sizing and tee color accuracies.
